To our Performance Nissan Customers,

We wanted to reach out about the steps we are taking not only today but moving forward to make sure that not only do you feel safe when you come to our store but you have the confidence we will be here to help you whether its purchasing or serving your vehicle with us. In the wake of the current events surrounding COVID-19 we are taking immediate action in all areas of our business to better service our customers and to ensure we have a safe working environment for our staff. Here a just a few key things that we have immediately implemented going forward for the foreseeable future.

Sanitation and Product Offerings:

  1. We have adjusted our store hours until further notice for Sales: Monday–Thursday 9am-8PM, Friday-Saturday 9am-6pm. Service Hours will remain unchanged. This will allow us to clean and sanitize our showroom and service areas for the next morning for our customers.
  2. We have partnered with Perma Safe to offer their anti-microbial product for purchase which treats the interior of your vehicle and air system, along with many other surfaces including but not limited counters and furniture. This is a two-step application process that not only disinfects the surface once applied but will continue to disinfect. This is a non-toxic solution and is also kid and pet friendly. For more information please go to our website. We will be applying this to our service waiting areas as well as our showroom furniture.
  3. We have implemented a strict policy with our employees for their protection and yours, that if they don’t feel well, they must go home and seek medical evaluation if needed before returning to work. We take this very seriously and will monitor everyone closely.
  4. We are wiping down all vehicles that are test driven and, in the showroom, daily to ensure the safest possible environment for our customers and staff.

Sales and Service Changes:

If you are still not comfortable or are unable to shop or service in store, we have made adjustments that will us to accommodate you to the best of our ability. A few of the changes are listed below.

  1. We have purchased iPads and software that will allow us to send vehicle specific photos and videos to you for both new and pre-owned vehicles in stock. This will allow us to answer questions you may have like vehicle condition, accessories on a vehicle and many others. This will also allow you to get as much detail as we can get you virtually from the comfort and safety of your own home if you choose to stay in. All info sent is viewable on a computer, apple or android product.
  2. We will offer a video conferencing option to our customers whether it be questions about the vehicle you are looking for or for us to walk you through the sales process and payment options. We have an online credit portal for our customers that allows you to securely submit your information so we can prepare the deal without you having to be in the store.
  3. We have implemented a great new tool on most of our pre-owned vehicle listings that allows you to click and view the window sticker with options/standard equipment. This allows you to know exactly what is on the vehicle you are looking at! Best part is this is for most major brands and models not just NISSAN and INFINITI!
  4. f you choose to come to the store but don’t feel comfortable in coming inside, we will work with you so you can stay in your vehicle while we complete the process!
  5. If you don’t feel comfortable with coming to pick up or drop off a vehicle for service* or sales, we will work to accommodate you with a home pickup and delivery option within Broward, Palm Beach and Dade (to Miami Beach) counties.

Our entire goal is to reassure our customers that we will do everything we can to make it as normal and safe as possible to continue to purchase and service your vehicles with us in this difficult time.
